Early this morning I was online Facilitating a group of Managers based in Asia for Lighthouse Group. Our Facilitated session was around Project Management and more specifically why Projects fail. One the topics we spent some time on was the use, (misuse) of different methodologies. Most agreed there was a hybrid approach to projects which commonly boiled down to a combination of traditional (waterfall) methods and Agile. More often than not the experience was that projects tended to suffer from this eclectic approach.
